Nicholas, do they let you use it as a green space? On the bright side you won't have a McMansion built beside you.

No, what I am going to have instead is a Palm Harbor 4/2 modular (on a foundation), set long-wise to fit the lot, so that priests can live there, with separate garage....and driveway to garage...and I guess they will have meetings...and lunches...and......
...and yessir. I was just contacted as first to know, that what I stated above is coming to the next door lot, not thrilled, will probably look nice and be well maintained.
