It's been a long few years. Haven't been here to post much being busy with work, projects and another shoulder surgery.
I hadn't done a thing to my living room since I bought this place. Had chimney flashing repair to do & a tub overflow leak above this room that 2 plumbers didn't get right, but I did!
So...once I knew there were no more leaks....I attacked it head on!

This is the tub leak spot above dining room entry
I think I've reached my max for pics for this post! LOL

Wow, it looks great, Mo! It's amazing how dramatic a coat of paint and new window treatments can be. The entryway and room looks perfect. Love the fireplace and sconces! Is there anything more rewarding than painting over all the plaster repair and making the carnage disappear??
I'll be posting some before and after pictures of my bathroom, now that the walls are painted and I'm finishing up the trim. It looks like a completely different space.

Thanks MJ1987 & 02Annie!!
Yes...I really love this room now! It was SO ugly & needed so much attention before I could even think about painting. Nasty flat tan. Yuck!!!
It's so nice not having that ugly mess to be the first thing people see when they walk in!
I used Sherwin Williams Cityscape, Grey Matters & Passive all in the same chip category
It looks a little light in this pic.

Late catching your update, but still wanted to say everything looks great. Nicely done.
