Looks good.

I think your kitchen sink needs a hudee ring, though. You can buy them here:

Thanks! I have one, just not sure I want to use it. Trying to figure out how to just get the sides white for now. I'll leave it with the house though.

Mudroom is almost done.

The mudroom looks beautiful! I'm really loving the colors.

Thanks! We're in the home stretch, a lot of little things and touch up paint still to do. I will post pics again shortly, after I get it all cleaned up. Met two more neighbors, both loved the house. One is going to ask around to see if anyone she knows would be interested in it. The hoarder house/estate deal finally fell apart after they again failed to live up to the terms of the contract and present a broom clean property. Kind of a shame since it was not too far from the Bungalow, I am enjoying the neighborhood! I'll keep looking around there to see if I find something else. We took a drive out by the arts and crafts disaster last week and the new owner wasn't there but they have begun work-and they have recreated all of the damaged/rotted brackets on the front! I am happy to see it appears they will try to keep some of the character of it. I was marginally annoyed to find out they bought it for less than I offered, but it was really pushing the limits of my capacity so as long as they are going to restore it I'm perfectly happy to have lost it. I am going to stalk it every so often and will post some pics next time-I ended up out there after wrapping up some work on the Bungalow and it was just about dark so it wasn't worth it last time.

Oh and I added a Circa sign. The "paint" on the brick was actually sidewalk chalk and is now gone. The doorbell is a wireless one (NOT drilling that brick!!) mounted a finger pull for a pocket door I picked up at a salvage place.

The arts and crafts mutt...

Image

We stopped by the little ice cream stand across the street today so I snapped a pic of the new owners progress. Then we snuck up on the porch to peek in, it's totally gutted (which it needed to be). There's a lock box on the door so I'm guessing contractor (s).

The living room looks so different, EC! Really nice job. I like the light fixture, and very clever on the fingerpull/doorbell! It took me a minute to realize what you were talking about, then I took a closer look.
