Here's a contraption that might bring back memories:

Stoves got pretty involved in the 60s; I guess they wanted to appeal to the keeping-up-with-the-Joneses impulse.

It's not priced to sell quickly, although you never know when the right buyer will come along. (It ain't me - that stove is WAY too new.) The listing is here:

We didn't have that kind of fancy stove in my 1960 house growing up, but that brown was the exact color of the kitchen. We had a wall stove.
