Well isn’t that a great looking appliance. Interesting set up, I’m going to assume the large door to the right is the oven. The left door, is it fixed or does it open to get the coal into the firebox? It seems a rather large door for feeding the coal or it has a really large fire box. The smaller doors I will also assume are storage drawers.

Here's my guess -
Behind the large door on the left is the room heater (whatever the fuel), which radiates heat out the left side of the range. If it's coal, this is where the firebox is fed. If it's a gas heater, then access is through the top and there's nothing but a wall of steel behind this door.
In the center are two drawers for pots and pans or maybe one of them is a warming oven.
The large door to the right is the oven and the broiler is below it.
I like the crisp look of the black edges and handles against the white.

Re: a real beauty
of course if you were to buy this from the pictures you'd probably assume the thing is enamel but could just as easily be bondo'd up and sprayed with acrylic enamel which might make it look oh so pristine for the pics, and later chip easily.
It looks so perfect to me that the finish seems unnatural for the age. The showroom look leads me to think it's undergone just that, but not necessarily.
I once lightly sanded a harvest gold fridge and sprayed it white and it shined like new. That went fine but a stove might see more heat and a bit rougher treatment, especially with that sort of top.

Here's one from a local Craigslist posting:
It's a Magic Chef from the 30s.
