Hi all,

As many of you may know, I do architectural salvage as a very low-key side business. I have accumulated wayyyy too much, so if you're looking for something, let me know. Also, feel free to check out my ebay listings (username: 46stpaulsavejcnj).

Would love to help some folks out!

I'm near Vancouver so it's a long way, but here is what's going on here.
It's sad to see this place going out of business as it will make it a lot harder to get reclaimed stuff. They have a big yard and have always had a great inventory of old house parts. I suspect the land the lot is on went up so much in value that it changed the economics. Hoping someone is able to pick up where they left off.

I've shared a little about this on the THD FB page, but there's some really great stuff going on at this architectural salvage shop in Knoxville:

They just finished salvaging an 1890s house that is coming down this week and got some WONDERFUL elements from it.

Hey, Matt! sorry to hijack your thread, but I think it's good to share local salvage shops as well. You guys in the North have lots of architectural salvage that is rare here in the South, so some folks might be interested in something that doesn't have to be shipped. I'll take a look at your inventory, though! You never know. And if I find something, James can bring it to me, right, James? ;-)
