Here is a picture from their inspection report which I am fairly certain is the attic space of the tower.
The 2nd floor portion of the tower is a shared closet between two bedrooms. There is an hatch in the ceiling to access the attic portion.

Thanks, interesting little place up there.
One of the reasons I bought our house was because it had a lot of attic space, and my intent was to put a cave up there. But it is filled with AC stuff that I would have to move, and reconfigure, and I don't want to mess with the original truss system. So storage it is!
