We will definitely be adding photos once we've gotten internet I promise!

As for our first project it's been fun lol. Originally it was supposed to just be AC and then little things lol. Things like the windows fixed up, and some trim replaced till next year. However our first big rain led to the discovery of the water issue in our basement. We didn't have flooding thank goodness but we did have jets of water shooting from all our walls.. Which led to our big project now, waterproofing. We've done a lot of scraping walls, and repairing cracks and missing mortar ourselves. Now we've got the contractors in to waterproof. We're getting a drain tile and sump pump system, as well as a membrane on the walls as a precaution. Though the system should relieve the pressure and deal with all the water on it's own.

It's definitely been an adventure that's for sure. My pocket book is much lighter then I anticipated though. Considering the newest development it's about to get even lighter still. I was just informed we should consider removing the tree on the side of our house as they had to cut away large roots from under our slab, and are pretty sure they will eventually cause issue with the wall. Ugh
