We'll we are officially in contract on another home. Though we seem to have the worst luck imaginable. The seller and her agent are complete idiots.. And already a joy to work with *sigh*

For example they tried to fight us about the standard bit stating she has to pay us if she or her things are still in the home after possession. Both the seller and her realtor were convinced this bit had to do with fianancing and felt it was unnecessary for the them to pay should we fail to get financing... I'm not making this up I'm afraid.. The newest fun is seeig the listing still active and an update to the listing being made about window coverings (something in our contract)...
