Thanks for all the kind words everybody! We have gotten a consideration from the sellers to fix the major electrical problems and will be closing toward the end of December. I'll post a few pictures from the listing. I can't wait to start getting rid of some wallpaper!

Looks like they did a great job installing A/C duxt work on the third floor without ruining the space!

We closed on the house on the 19th of December and the next day the electrician started his thing. We are ready to move in! This weekend we will hopefully get the rest of our stuff moved and the real fun will begin.

It looks like a wonderful house. Where in ohio are you located? I'm up north just west of cleveland.
When you start posting pics please post one of how the storm windows are stored in their box. I have 7 that I just lean against the basement wall and would like to find a better way to store them.
