Re: tiny bathrooms

There's a tiny bathroom on the main floor of our Craftsman. It was a converted sunporch. By using the tiniest wall hung basin we could find, a small profile toilet, a 28 inch pocket door and keeping the original small tub (but adding a shower fixture) we made it all work. The main problem has been that the bath/shower pipes need to be kept heated or they will freeze in winter, despite insulation as they are at the furthest point from the main house.

So the order is toilet on right wall, wall hung basin on right wall and then tub on back wall. On the left wall is nothing but a window.

It would have been great to have more room, but we chose to wall off the part of the room that had the door to the back yard... :o
