Looks great!!!

I especially envy your landscaping, though. I planted some new perennials, but they have been continually mowed down by the local groundhogs.

(edit: I guess I should be thankful, though. I also planted 5 new shrubs, and they haven't been touched, so far.)

wow the house, the grounds everything loos so beautiful. We don't have brick houses here so It is unusual to me in that way, I know they are more common in other cities. It's huge too!

Beautiful! The house really shines with all of that work you have put into it. I love the landscaping that you have done.

Thanks everyone. While I labor away on the house my wife is tending to the gardens. We get such good sun and everything grows so well.

We do have groundhog problems. Last year I relocated 7 of them. This year no luck. Still have a few that eat some of the plants. We use motion detecting sprinklers in some locations.

beautiful work and a beautiful house Matt. Do you ever ponder rebuilding the rear porch in the original style? what is there is nice, but the old pictures hint at something grander, and two story?
