any color you like that fits with your trim I guess. I am going to do mine this summer in grey industrial vinyl because I don't want water under it. If I restore the T and G it won't keep out water from below so it is one spot where originality is going to take backseat to practicality. the water under there isn't bad as it is covered but even still it creates a dark damp atmosphere of the kind spiders love.
I did my back porch last year with fiberglass and uses a beige color of gelcoat, it fit in well with the red and orange hues of my house and was just a standard stock color.
I love the fiberglass, it was a lot of work! but the results are permanent it is like an upside down boat now and should last years even with full rain.
