AWESOME!!! That was our plan too was get that mortgage paid of as fast as we could, but the husband in the 3 years out of the last 4 ended up in the hospital with medical problems and it has slowed him down greatly. His ability to get another full time job after retirement is now out of the question and now we are looking around for Plan B's.
But one day before ours matures we will be having a happy bonfire too.

Can't wait to see your future projects you have already done so many great things with that house!

Congratulations! I've been working on mine with extra payments so that it's gotten really low and should be paid off in less than 5 years. The only problem is I keep looking at other old houses online. Fortunately none of the ones I've seen in person have accomodated my needs quite so well. Thank heavens for that!
