drove by it yesterday...some of the wavy glass has been replaced but almost all the storms are there. Too bad the timing isn't quite right for me...though my hubs is not one for big projects. It needs foundation and roof repair, and general cosmetic help. I LOVE the wood trim and am pleased that for a house that age it looks pretty good.
one of the outer wood doors had an interesting thing on it...it looked like the stain/shellac was kind of bubbling/bleeding in beads on the door. what causes that?
it'll be interesting to see how much it actually sells for. I think the price is pretty high and i doubt it'd sell for anywhere near that.
