Finally reinstalled my first two windows!
They’re not perfect but damn I am proud of myself! Thank you everyone for all your help and advice!

Thanks everyone! There’s a reason I didn’t post any close up photos. 
definitely not perfect, but I’m happy with them considering!
And yes, manalto it’s Florentine. I had to replace a few panes and finally found someone in MA who could get it for me and was reasonably priced. That took some time! Hoping to get through four windows next season.
