Willa, your new sills look great, and for a very reasonable cash outlay. Is that the last of your out doors projects for this winter, other than shoveling snow?

Nope ! The wood patching still has to happen on the windows with the sill replacement. The big news is that a replacement fence for the driveway is far in progress, as we speak. I moved the fence location forward, towards the street, which still leaves a parking spot, but will make the backyard a little larger and more private.

The contractor was supposed to be working on that today but then had hassles as his truck was in the shop for repairs and insurance was supposed to provide a loaner truck, but then didn't. Fence work should resume tomorrow, amidst slightly below freezing temps and light snowfall...
