Does anyone live near Waterford, VA?

Not sure how many folks live anywhere near Waterford, VA, but I just thought I'd pass this along. Waterford is having a weekend "folk school" where they are doing three-day courses on (among other things) window restoration and lime mortar work. I'd love to go, if only I had the time and money (classes are $300 each).

I go to the Waterford Fair every year; it's such a lovely town. It's my fantasy place for when I win the lottery and buy a vacation home.
