Oh yea! She wants to be outside all day now. It ll be great once we put up the fence.

Very nice progress! Fence and then on to seeding next spring right? I love exterior changes. It always seems like for the first couple of years the exterior gets waaaay worse before it gets better. Demo-ing crap, taking out trees, re-grading.. usually a pile of old scrap wood somewhere in the lawn.
