Ahhh, a good start to the week. This is my Sunday morning office. The lead guitarist and I got turned off our rather short leashes today and we had some fun. What am I listening to tonight? Mostly "The Pizza Tapes".

I picked up a collection of about 300 78 speed records off Kijiji for $20, and we've been listening to a lot of those lately. My 3 year old loves them, saying "more music!" every time a song ends and the record needs to be flipped.
His current favourites are the "Too Fat Polka" by Arthur Godfrey or Tip-Toe Through The Tulips/ Drifting and Dreaming by Russ Hamilton. ;)

Sometimes I'll put on one of the DTV music stations (in the 800's) & crank up the stereo. Or go to my YouTube channel & pull up something like this...commercial free & nearly 2 hours..

Phil, glad you liked, it. He was always good with the sight gags and clever lyrics.

I know this an old thread, but just heard an early Fats Waller tune, and he's playing a pipe organ. I only knew him as a piano guy. Any how I thought Casey might get a kick out of this.

Fast-paced old-time bluegrass is my usual motivation music, although I also like to add some upbeat classic '50s/'60s music or doo-op once in a while.

Here's also a good one for stripping paint with a heat gun. I get a good rhythm. :D
