and they actually restored it! Wooo! From the article:
"There are still some spots that we're going to need to replicate, but the good thing is we have a roadmap and we're going to be able to restore the building to what it was back then with some degree of certainty," Fulop said.

Restoration was not only the right choice historically but also aesthetically. It's beautiful!

Its great to see preservation like this. I also got a kick out of accompanied articles...like the hot tub under the office floor! Crazy stuff.

Slow but moving forward--and posting when I can in Park Ave. Things got a little sideways in May--sorry for not seeing this sooner.
