Kashka, here is a pic from when it was only $72M

As far as the home itself, I see no obvious structural issues. The lintels are not sagging, there does’t seem to be a sag in the roof line,and the rubble stone is not bulging or failing. I would think though drainage might be an issue with it being ‘tubbed’ there might be an issue with water flowing or seeping into the lower floor. It also has a root cellar, not shown in the realtors pictures. Some one has done some work to it to make it livable at some point, notice new floor boards on the second floor and what looks to be new wood windows, may be they have run out of $, who knows. I also see some full dimension lumber inside so some time before the turn the 1900s is was a home. Might be worth a visit if your not sequestered do to covid, just to be nosy. Too bad Mel has not visited in a couple of years, she would have a better idea about log homes.
