I am back on board the demolition and resurrection train at last. I joined the forum last summer when I had first purchased my 1832 Central Passage home. I bought on a land contract and while the previous owner said I could do whatever I wanted I didn't think he would really appreciate my "wanted."
Fast forward to May of this year when I applied for a conventional loan which was approved 8/20/19.
(I wrote the date and my name on a piece of hidden plaster).
Thank you to all who have posted. I have been reading and re-reading your posts over the last 18 months or so. Gleaned some good information on how to do and not do things.
A special thank you to Jade for the link to the books. I ordered two, the Nash book and Brysons.
So thank you to all.
Thank you to all
