I'm in! Let's see, how far is it from Maryville, TN to PA? Commute might be a little long, but that is a gorgeous house!

Holy crap is that beautiful, thank you for sharing. Even the original kitchen cabinets are intact. Swoon.
The problem is moisture. There is a LOT of moisture inside that building, I would be very nervous about mold....it looks like the foyer ceiling is filled with mold.
If nothing else, an architectural salvage place could make a MINT off that woodwork. Whole room woodwork and paneling sells for more than the entire cost of the house at Demo Depot.

I agree, the wallpaper failure looks like serious water damage! That's how the place above my bedroom looked right after the fire department poured in 10 000 l of water from above!
