I call Beebe our "new old house" to non District folks all the time. Most get it straight away. Some need it explained.

I just learned that if you refer to your new girlfriend as your "new old" girlfriend it doesn't have the same effect we never stop learning new stuff here..

I suspect, Phil, that you learned this through someone else's advice, because if you tried it out directly on your "new old girlfriend" you wouldn't be in any condition to type.
