While looking for that elusive drain part, I chanced upon some colorful fixtures for sale.
Very exciting and very pink sink and tub for sale. Sadly the toilet is missing:

Why did things get so boring at the end of the 20th century, with the tyranny of neutrals ?
Vintage Colorful Plumbing Fixtures
Re: Vintage Colorful Plumbing Fixtures
I do have to admit that the artist's rendering of this bathroom is a little past my limits, though. I think the PINK FIXTURES with the BRIGHT YELLOW CURTAINS and the MINT GREEN WALLS might frighten more sensitive tenants.

OMgosh! Those fixtures are beautiful. I would do the pink (I don't even like pink) with a white toilet in a heartbeat if I was redoing a bath. The lilac is wonderful too. I recently saw an aqua sink in an otherwise all white bathroom. It looked awesome!

I'm such a sucker for color. At the same time "wrong*" colors really bother me so I can completely understand how and why purple toilets, etc. got tossed aside. Then I look at these pics and I am green with envy all over again.
