Well, with such a glowing write up in the paper it just had to sell quickly. You will miss the place for a while Matt! With all the effort you’ve put into it. Especially when you on hour two on the lawn mower

I have mixed emotions. I'm sad to see it go and will miss it, but happy to not be paying the taxes and utilities. It's been fun being the steward of such a fine house and we're ready to let someone else carry on from here.

Closing finalized yesterday. Which means our stewardship journey has officially ended and the baton has been passed.
Now we can devote all our focus to Retriever Ridge.
