Hey everyone,
So sometimes life changes your plans. The family & I are relocating to Charlotte, NC for my job. Although we are excited to go, sad to leave our first old house behind. If anyone is interested in our house, it will be going on the market soon by the relocation company.

I haven't been able to find much old houses near the town I'll be working so I plan on finding a good home for much of my supplies like Sarco, Shellac, etc. I have a bunch of wavy glass that I'll need to find a good home for if the next owner isn't interested.

If anyone on the board is in the Chicago area and would like to stop by and see what I have let me know.

Wow, you went from fixing your porch to moving to Charlotte in one week. I lived in Charlotte in the 70's and remember the grand old homes south of "uptown", I rented with some friends an old small frame house on Atherton st, near the Latta Park neighborhood which is full of those old homes.

That house still looks the same despite a neighbor hood rebuilding: Atherton House

Good luck!
