Hi all,

I've been a lurker for some time now - I found the old site through a google search and followed to here. Now that DH and I are in the process of purchasing our own old house, thought it would be a good time to join the community.

I've already learned alot and hope to be able to help others in the future.

We've got a signed contract! So excited! Fell in love with this house while driving around the area when we first thought about moving there. About 2 months later, it came on the market and I started dreaming up ways to swing it. The county records have it dated at 1920, but we haven't found out much more about it yet. We're don't even have any idea what style it is... But one thing is for certain - we're looking forward to the adventure!
