Terrific house, and terrific historical documentation. I like the street scenes with all of the kids. Today you don't see kids playing outside, and when you do, they are in their own social media world.

I got a kick out of the door hardware...who goes into that kind of detail for a part that is not even seen when the door is shut?? Just don't make stuff like they used to...

I use paint thinner comet mix and scrubbed it with scotch brite. Then painted black sand and clear coat. It is about 2 hours of work a set.

Well, that is quite the mischievous-looking boy! Your house is absolutely adorable!

Here is another cool pic. This was apparently a door the led into the rear parlor.

I also have a few hand written letters that were found in the house during the conversion back to a single family home. They are dated 1908 I believe. I will post them later.

That's pretty cool. I've found a lot of things in our walls/crawl spaces. I once found a letter's envelope from the 50s - sadly no letter inside.

I'm really digging the long documented history on your home, esp the pics from the 90s of the conversion back to original specs.
