[Central Passage 1832]

It's been awhile since I have posted so I thought I would re-introduce myself. I'm CP32 aka Jim. I am the fortunate owner of a 1 1/2 story Central Passage home built in 1832. Hence the avatar. I purchased it on a land contract in March 2018. On August 20 of this year I secured a 20 year fixed rate conventional loan. So now the real fun begins. I will have lots of questions moving forward. I have been reading the old and new posts over the last 18 months so I know I'm in the right place.
