Reintroduction from Western New York

I have been here off-and-on for the last four years since we bought our old house. For the first couple of years, I was in the trenches of moving across the country and trying to figure out old house living. Now, I've settled in, and I hope to check in here more often. I have some new questions for the masters. This site is still the first place I come when I have DIY questions. :thumbup:
