and I will assume you are under the age of 45 with plenty of
energy to turn into sweat equity...can't speak to the insurance
issue but I hope you don't have problems...i'm sure there'll be
a list of tasks they'll want you to tackle first...

i'm waaay over 45 at 62 and still have a ton of energy! I did a 50 mile ONE DAY walk this past February...thing is, i'd rather be walking than working on my house!

You guys are awesome. I really need to do some walking as well as working on the house. We are gonna be researching the history of the house and Ill share that with you all. We will be moving into the house later this month to get started.
