The Historic District

I recently purchased a 117 year old home here in Delaware in a historic district. My goal is to take the next few months to give the home a new life and pass it along to owners who will love and appreciate it as much as I will.
The home is in terrible shape and renovating it will take a lot of time and a lot of work, but I think it will be well worth the effort. I'm hoping to get a lot of good information from this forum as this will be my first renovation of an old home. I'm hoping to put some photos up soon so you can all see it. I look forward to hearing opinions of all kinds!

Thanks everyone! I will post pictures soon. I'm going to warn you ahead of time that the project is going to be very challenging and the pictures are NOT pretty. Not even a little bit.
