And that was a high price for the neighborhood. I think only one other was higher since the downturn. 10 years ago $100k just to get into the neighborhood and a now some homes are are starting at 25k.

So we had our meeting today. The other side had a nice size groups and a few spoke about how they wanted to be able to do what they want. Vinyl windows and siding were some of the popular requests. Dormer project
So I set up the scaffolding today and removed the aluminum and vinyl. Everything was there except for 1 piece of molding, same piece was missing on other projects. I'm not sure how it was done back then. I know that many of the homeowners have since left and new people have moved in. They are only looking to remove properties.
