Thank you! There are already at least 5 on the table and the deadline isn't until Thursday pm. I won't let my agent tell me what the offers are, but she said the price could set a record for the area!

Oh, I do that, too, Phil! I bought a bunch of square stair balusters at Habitat for $2. Didn't know what I was going to do with them. They ended up as a bathroom vanity and laundry sink base. Cleaned storm windows today. So. Much. Fun. Not. Especially when I lowered both sashes on one window and the weight got caught on something inside the pocket. Couldn't loosen it no matter how I jerked the chains. I had just announced to the universe that I was finished with EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. ...

yesterday I bought some brass pipe without actually knowing what I'll use it for. I got three pieces about 1 1/2" and one about 2" its all about 8' long. it came with some ball ends and it was from a bar, the rails you put your feet on. enough to end the two different sizes of pipe. think...
