Re: My First Home -a 1924 Bungalow in Lincoln, Nebraska

One Saturday I saw a Stickley rocker on Craigslist Lincoln. My husband and I left mid-afternoon, stayed in Lincoln around 15 min. to buy and load the rocker, and were back home in time sleep some and to go to church the next morning, somewhat tired. Yeah! I saw one just the other day at an antique ...

Re: 1910 farmhouse

I like that driveway. Looks nice and wide.

But uggh - the bits of rubber! Better than rocks everywhere but still--- not really a fun job!

Good luck with all of your projects!

Re: My First Home -a 1924 Bungalow in Lincoln, Nebraska

Where was the pantry originally? It looks like you may have had a butler's pantry between the dining & kitchen---is that where it was? There could have been a lot of storage in that room. That is exactly where I think it was. And somewhere along the line they 'opened it up' and put in that weir...

My First Home -a 1924 Bungalow in Lincoln, Nebraska

Hey there! I purchased the home in June 2014 so I've already owned it for about 8 months. (That went by fast!) And.. there's a whole lot in the plans to get done. A lot to do. And not a single project can be crossed off the list yet. I was really happy to find this forum and have already gathered a ...
