Yes, the glue is supposed to provide the support. We'll see if this is the case! I figure that it is worth a try! What kind of adhesive did you use? It's best to remove the washers, they're just clamps. It looks like you have your original skimmed wall with some wallpaper glue still on it. That's q...

There's a wild peacock in my neighborhood, and a flock of street chickens (about 8 with 3 roosters). I haven't seen the peacock in a while. There are definitely classical proportions for these things. It has to do with the height of the wall, etc.

On my ceilings, the paint peeled off in rubbery sheets after being wetted for a while. Yea latex paint would prob do that, good to know thanks!
