Yup, either one would work well. The first one is more along the lines of the lights you already have; the second is different and a nice contrast.

I'm with jade in that my fav is the second...I like the straight lines and angles of the hanging system.

I don't think you want to try flooding the willow--they are water-loving plants. A willow tree sent out roots an amazing distance to tap into and clog our sewer line.
