It’s been a while since I posted, I have an old house I ve been busy! A lot of yard work this fall got rid of two pine trees so far and two stumps. Skim coating
Every time I skim coat plaster I start questioning if it really needs to be smooth a smooth finish? And I don't mean texturing I have done some rough work of skim coat around here and I have gotten criticized by it. Was plaster originally smooth?

Once filed you can check with IRS office in Fitchburg, you can make an appt via phone and get whatever copy of what you need. My understanding is the steam systems do not have an air bleed valve that you open, only hot water systems have a valve that you use to bleed air. In a steam system the vent valve is open when the system is cold. As the steam comes up the vent valve lets cold air out so it can be replaced with hot ...
