fungi
I was in the cellar doing laundry when I saw this, and initially thought it was trash in the dimmer light near the outside door. I reached over to pick it up, not realizing it was fungi.
I almost felt bad, but it reminded me of the repairs that still need to be done to amend the moisture issues.
