poor cellar window
When I was banging on it with a hammer from the outside trying to get this open, that happened. Gratis, I did remove whatever filler was apparently holding it together because that was also impeding being able to open it.
I'm still amazed that pane did not drop! The other three joints seem sound, so that must be why.
