rotted cellar window sill
Aside from broken and missing bolts, this corner was filled with a suppose was whatever the bondo equivalent was back when.
I couldn't open it from the inside even after I had managed to break seals and toss back broken bolts. I had to bang it open from the outside unless I wanted to risk further destroying the original frame and framing.
Lots of insect tunnels, and this wasn't the first I noticed, but so far this one was the worst.
