Back room. Original back wall of the house and window.
There is a bump out on the back of the house that is the room you are seeing. I took down the paneling to wallpaper and discovered no one sheet rocked. I thought it was sheet rocked because when we took down the wood around the door way we found sheetrock. I was NOT crazy to expect a normal properly done room, was I???? Well here we go again with more money thrown into a project that was supposed to be a quick redecoration.
The fun part was we put in a time capsule of sorts into the space where the window formally resided. The wall had ZERO insulation in it. We tried to pull off the boards and put some in but the old wood and thick square nails made it impossible to crowbar them off in places so we did as much as we could.
