This was taken shortly after we started moving in to Beebe. I still have no idea why there was TP in the ceramic cup holder, or why whomever had done the work in there simply could not clean up after themselves.

The two bowls on the floor? The one to the left is a temporary drip pan until I can figure out what needs to be done the U to stop said drip (I think it may just be a worn washer or bad re-thread), and the one on the right was my baking soda/water/vinegar mixing bowl for cleaning.

You can also see on the left hand side, just under the chair rail, a drywall screw. For some reason, that panel of the fiberboard was screwed on to the wall. I didn't realize it right away, but what I thought was caulk at the seam you can't see here was really...liquid nail. It only looked white because of all of the sanding dust.
