Mind the Gap
It's roughly an inch from the edge of the lino/wood floor/subfloor line. Next picture has the rough depth after a quick shop vac out. You can't see it in this picture, but you can actually see daylight through the gap under the threshold from rot. I just couldn't get the right angle to show it.
