Back of the house 2006- 2008
The back of the house was lack luster to say the least. Most of us spend more time in the back yard than the front. Why not have a nice building to look at from all sides??
The back windows were replaced. The window on the upstairs bedroom was restored to the original size. It was shortened when there was an illegal kitchen put into the house and the sink was at that location. A small hall was put in when the stairs were replaced. I had the carpenter put in some fishscale shingles and a gable decoration. He did an excellent job. Roof to upstairs bathroom was leaking, so we caught up the job to match the rest of the house. House flipper didn't do anything he didn't have to. All the siding was taken off, repairs made. I painted the entire back of the house!!!
