The porch needs love and attention, but isn't dangerous as is. The neighbor to the left has six columns across. You can see how the porch has shifted towards the driveway on the rightmost column lean.
There is another bungalow to the left. They are not exactly the same, and I know this because I checked tax cards to compare lots, as I wondered if we used to have a double lot where the very modern single story is to the right. When I go down the rabbit hole further in record searches, I may find exactly when that was parceled off.
During inspection, we found newer supports where they weren't even sitting on the stones placed there to "brace" them off the dirt.
This is one project we are not looking forward to, in part because we're not fond of the closed porch style. So that will be a restoration versus renovation to something similar in period struggle.
