Two new free old doors!
We ran an errand after Sean came home, and a house we passed had a stack of four doors out front with a "Free Doors" sign on it. Before I had a chance to ask, he said, "We'll stop on the way back."
Two were interiors in bad shape. I wanted to get a better pic of the one behind, but he had a long day and his shoulder still hurts so this is a shot I could manage before we hustled them into the cellar. Only one pane missing in the French, but I'm doubtful the rest of the glass is old.
I have been told that like our front door, that's what our side door used to look like before the cheap modern replacement. With the framing, it's exactly the right size! Another project for down the line.
