maybe you could look at using translucent FIMO or a competing product. It comes as a putty , you shape it then cook it in the oven to harden it. I don't know if you could blend that amber color but maybe a little repair like that would be less noticible if you can't get that shade of glass. Im thinking you could make what's missing , harden the piece in the oven and then glue it into place.
